The Breast Cancer Specialists of Acadiana called Potenza to throw a huge party to increase awareness of their state-of-the-art facility and breast reconstruction services in Lafayette, La.

The event consists of a fund raiser, a key note speaker panel featuring specialized doctors in the field and patient stories, a silent auction, food and drink and music! Planning a party and for a good cause? We know, we love our job. We took over the entire marketing and planning of the event. From booking the venue (The Grousse Room) to booking zydeco diva and sensation, Connie G!

Our creative team developed a website that contained all information on the event, the Breast Cancer Specialists and the ticketing company for attendees to reserve their entry. We worked outdoor advertising as well as traditional and interactive campaigns.

The campaign resulted a success. Over $25,000 was raised in the silent auction and over 300 people attended the event. At the end of the party, questions of when the next event was happening came from everyone.
