Brick and Spoon has made a name for itself for it’s unique southern style brunch. It has been offering a high-quality southern dining experience throughout the Gulf Coast for years and has been featured in the “Top 10 breakfasts in the US” by Travel + Leisure magazine. They recently expanded to the New Orleans area and asked us for help creating a presence and engaging people on social media to promote their new location and grand opening.
Potenza Marketing came up with a strategy that included traditional PR and interactive marketing through social media platforms where people could share their experience at the new location and share what they had. This worked as a form of cross promotion where we were able to reach even further audiences with the engagement of users sharing their own unique perspective and experience.
The Grand Opening turned out to be a success in sales and reception from the public and it has continued to generate an increasing number of followers on their social media platforms.
